In 2007, Mr. Samir Modia launched Big Deal Property upon facing difficulties securing an appropriate Property and identifying a promising opportunity within the disorganized real estate sector. Originating from a renowned real estate network in Ahmedabad, Big Deal Property evolved into a distinguished brand, emphasizing personalized solutions for buyers and sellers.

Drawing on his extensive sales and real estate management expertise, Mr. Samir Modia introduced innovative solutions in property and loan management. Accredited as a “Certified Professional Realtor” by India’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), he expanded the business by offering franchising opportunities aligned with the brand’s values.

With 16 years of experience collaborating with multinational organizations like HN SAFAL, GOYAL, GALA, and LODHA Builders, Mr. Samir Modia crafted a customer-centric framework and comprehensive training for brokers. Over a decade, he mentored 300+ real estate professionals and facilitated 3500+ significant transactions with exclusive project rights in Ahmedabad

To that end, we encourage expansion so that we can rope in like-minded real estate stalwarts under our wing, and serve the industry better. Each of our offices boast of a professional office culture, systematic processes, specialized training and sharing of resources for consistent progress. Our network of offices now encompass remote locations in the eastern part of the city, while attending to the teeming urban populace in the western side and nearby areas and soon we will expanding to cities outside Ahmedabad in the near future.
